the education of the public in welsh culture including the improvement of public taste in the arts and in particular by the following means- a) by holding from time to time as maybe thought expedient of an eisteddford in the village of llanfadreth or elsewhere b) by the holding of concerts, meetings and other functions in connection with such eisteddfod and c) by furthering the interests of the eisteddfod in such other ways as shall be thought necessary.
