Objects:
i) to relieve such members of the general practice division of the northern ireland branch of the royal institution of chartered surveyors, the wives, widows, and children of such members and the kindred and immediate relatives of dependants upon such members and the employees of such members who might have fallen into necessitous circumstances. (ii) and to relieve such persons not included in sub-paragraph (1) herein who were members of the belfast branch of the chartered auctioneers and estate institute, the wives, widows and children of such members and the kindred and immediate relatives dependant upon such members who might have fallen into necessitous circumstances. The objects for which the Company is established (the “Objectsâ€) are restricted to:2.1 the prevention or relief of poverty of the Beneficiaries; and2.2 the relief of those Beneficiaries who are in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage;2.3 the protection and preservation of health, and in particular mental health, of the Beneficiaries; and 2.4 Such other charitable purposes for the benefit of the Beneficiaries as the Trustees, in their absolute discretion, may from time to time determine,in each case for the public benefit.
