(1) as to part of the trust land upon trust to permit the same to be used as an elementary roman catholic school or schools or for such other educational or charitable purposes connected with the roman catholic religion or purposes connected with the promotion establishment support or service of the roman catholic religion as the trustees in their discretion think fit and (2) as to the remainder of the land upon trust shall be used exclusively as a burial ground for the interment of members of the roman catholic church as the trustees may permit. (1) land in first schedele of the deed is to be used for elementary roman catholic school or schools or at the discretion of the trustees for such other educational or charitable purpose connected with the roman catholic religion or purpose connected with the support or service of the roman catholic religion (2) land in second schedule or the deed is to be used for a burial ground for the internment of members of the roman catholic church (see deed for details). to promote by charitable means the education in england of children and young persons in accordance with the principles of the roman catholic faith. (1) the objects of the charity are, in the following order of preference:(a) the provision of housing accommodation for beneficiaries; and(b) the provision of care services for beneficiaries with a preference for beneficiaries who live in the housing accommodation of the charity.(2) the trustees must give preference to beneficiaries resident in the diocese of arundel and brighton.
