providing a presbytery and parish centre at crawley, in the county of west sussex. if and in so far as the clear income of the above-mentioned charity is not required for application in accordance with the subsisting trusts thereof the managing trustees of the charity shall apply the same for the advancement of the roman catholic faith. to permit the priest for the time being having the care of the roman catholic congregation attending the church of saints anthony and george at duncton to have the personal use of the rents and profits towards his maintenace and support so long as he shall perform his duties towards such congregation. if the income of the charity is not required in any year for application in accordance with the provisions of the conveyance dated 10th august 1869 the managing trustees may apply it towards the upkeep and repair of the roman catholic church at duncton and the maintenance of the services therein. for church, schools and burial ground. (1) for the purposes of a roman catholic parish centre and church hall and for other charitable purposes in connection with the st. catherine's roman catholic church. (2) to apply the income of the charity in such ways as the trustees think fit in promoting the education (including social and physical training ) of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the roman catholic diocese of arundel and brighton and are in need of financial assistance. school for the religious instruction in the roman catholic faith and elementary education of the children of the labouring and other poor classes professing that faith. for the residence of, if any, a schoolmaster or schoolmistress of the said school. all or any one of the following: a roman catholic church, roman catholic elemetary school or schools residence for all or any of the priests serving the said church and a cemetery. (a) for the purposes of a roman catholic church for the performance of the worship of the roman catholic religion or (b) for the purposes of a residence for all or any of the priests from time to time engaged in serving any such church provided that it shall be lawful for the trustees with the consent of the bishop of arundel and brighton to permit as mentioned the trust deed the charity property to be used as or for the purposes of one or more schools for the education of children as roman catholics and also for the residence of any person or persons who may from time to time be engaged in managing or teaching any such school. (1) as to part of the trust land upon trust to permit the same to be used as an elementary roman catholic school or schools or for such other educational or charitable purposes connected with the roman catholic religion or purposes connected with the promotion establishment support or service of the roman catholic religion as the trustees in their discretion think fit and (2) as to the remainder of the land upon trust shall be used exclusively as a burial ground for the interment of members of the roman catholic church as the trustees may permit. (1) land in first schedele of the deed is to be used for elementary roman catholic school or schools or at the discretion of the trustees for such other educational or charitable purpose connected with the roman catholic religion or purpose connected with the support or service of the roman catholic religion (2) land in second schedule or the deed is to be used for a burial ground for the internment of members of the roman catholic church (see deed for details). to promote by charitable means the education in england of children and young persons in accordance with the principles of the roman catholic faith. (1) the objects of the charity are, in the following order of preference:(a) the provision of housing accommodation for beneficiaries; and(b) the provision of care services for beneficiaries with a preference for beneficiaries who live in the housing accommodation of the charity.(2) the trustees must give preference to beneficiaries resident in the diocese of arundel and brighton.
