to advance the evangelical christian faith including by preaching the gospel and holding religious services and meetings; to promote the publication and distribution of the bible and other christian literature; to advance the education of children and adults in accordance with the doctrines and principles of evangelical christianity; to relieve need, hardship and distress, especially amongst evangelists, teachers and others who have given service to the trust or helped promote the objects; otherwise to promote the charitable work of evangelical christian churches, societies and charities; and to advance such purposes as may be charitable according to the law of england and wales and are not, in the opinion of the council, inconsistent with the attainment of the above objects, including by means of making donations to further such charitable purposes. the said body corporate may invest any property held by the united kingdom evangelization trust (unrestricted powers of investment) common investment fund in or upon such shares stocks funds securities or other investments in any part of the world whether involving liability or not as the said body corporate shall in its absolute discretion think fit and so that the said body corporate shall be empowered to invest and transpose the investments in the same unrestricted manner as if it were the beneficial owner of such monies the said body corporate may invest any property held by the united kingdom evangelization trust (unrestricted powers of investment) common investment fund in or upon such shares stocks funds securities or other investments in any part of the world whether involving liability or not as the said body corporate shall in its absolute discretion think fit and so that the said body corporate shall be empowered to invest and transpose the investments in the same unrestricted manner as if it were the beneficial owner of such monies 3.1 upon trust to permit the land and buildings from time to time comprised inthe trust fund to be used by independent churches and christian missions andevangelical churches as churches, mission halls, church centres, ministers' residences and otherwise for furthering the religious and other charitable work of such independent churches christian missions and evangelical churches so long as the same shall be required for such purposes and subject thereto to let or otherwise dispose of the same and apply the income or capital arising therefrom in manner hereinafter appearing3.2 upon trust to apply the income of the trust fund and at the discretion of thetrustee the capital thereof in making grants or loans or giving guarantees for such of the following charitable purposes as the trustee shall in its absolute discretion think fit from time to time:-(a) for the purpose of encouraging the planting of independent churches in theunited kingdom of great britain northern ireland the channel islands and theisle of man(b) for the purpose of developing encouraging and supporting independent churchesin the united kingdom of great britain northern ireland the channel islandsand the isle of man(c) for the purpose of assisting christian missions whose primary purpose is to plantand/or support and/or work with independent churches in the united kingdom ofgreat britain northern ireland the channel islands and the isle of man3.3 if at any time in the opinion of the trustee the income of the trust fund or anypart of such income is not required for use in the manner set out in clause 3.2hereof the trustee shall thereafter apply the income and at its discretion thecapital of the trust fund for such of the following charitable purposes as thetrustee shall in its absolute discretion think fit:-(a) in accordance with clause 3.2 hereof(b) in developing encouraging and supporting independent churches outsidethe united kingdom and in assisting christian missions whose primarypurpose is to plant independent churches outside the united kingdom(c) in making grants or loans or giving guarantees to evangelical churches infurtherance of their religious and other charitable work(d) in making grants or loans or giving guarantees to christian missions in furtherance of their religious and other charitable work
