benefit of poor r.c. missions in the r.c. diocese of birmingham as the bishops shall decide and in such a manner deemed as good charitable purposes. for such purposes or as the priest in charge of st mary's r.c. church at brewood shall in his absolute discretion direct. the advance of the roman catholic religion. apply the clear income in furthering the religious and other charitable work of the r.c. church in the r.c. parish of our lady and st hubert, warley. distibuting money or clothing amongst any of the poor aged and infirm catholics resident in and about birmingham and its vicinity the advancement or maintenance of the roman catholic religion in the roman catholic diocese of birmingham. to permit the property to be used for and occupied and enjoyed by the sisters of charity of st. paul (otherwise known as the sisters of charity of st. paul the apostle) so long as the sisters or any of them shall reside in leamington for the purpose of maintaining in the city of birmingham or its neighbourhood a home under the patronage of st. joseph for or otherwise assisting poor catholic girls and young women (not being magdalene cases) who through loss of character of evil surroundings are in grave moral peril. for helping preferably a birmingham child or other person who may be in need of such assistance to go on a pilgrimage to lourdes. if that becomes impossible, to be used for the education of priests. education of children of either sex at burton-upon-trent either gratuitously or otherwise in accordance with the faith and doctrines of the roman catholic church or otherwise for the maintenance and propagation of the christian religion at burton-on-trent aforesaid in accordance with the doctrines and rites of the roman catholic church. (for further details see clause 1 of indenture dated 5 july 1922) education and the advancement of the roman catholic religion in the archdiocese of birmingham 1. home for r. c. girls and young women 2. night shelter for homeless women or girls 3. convent or residence for persons engaged in management of home/hostel or engaged in other charitable work. 4. for r.c. charitable purposes in connection with training and religious education of poor r.c. girls and young women at their discretion. to promote education in accordance with the principles of the roman catholic faith within the roman catholic archdiocese of birmingham. 2.2 the object of the trust are the relief of poverty among2.2.1 persons who have been received into the catholic church and who before such reception had been (whether as regular ministers or as lay readers or otherwise) the holders of any official positions in any non-catholic religious community; and 2.2.2 the dependants (whether widows or otherwise) of deceased persons who when living had come within the terms of paragraph 2.2.1 above the advancement of the religious and other charitable work of the roman catholic church in the parish of bulkington or in such other parish that the parish of bulkington may from time to time form part.
