(a) to enable persons who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those who may be at risk of suicide, to receive confidential emotional support at any time of the day or night from appropriately trained samaritans in order to improve their emotional health and to reduce the incidence of suicide; (1) to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in lincolnshire and the surrounding area (but without specific limitations to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purposes working under direction; and also where appropriate, in accordance with samaritan procedure, referral to persons having specialist or professional skills, and(2) to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of samaritans. to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in medway, gravesham and swale (but without specific limitations as to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction; and also where appropriate, in accordance with samaritan procedure, referral to persons having specialist or professional skills; and to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of the samaritans. the objects of the charity are:2.1 to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in the london boroughs of redbridge, barking & dagenham and newham, and parts of the epping forest district of essex, and the surrounding area (but without specific limitations as to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction; and also where appropriate, in accordance with samaritan procedure, referral to persons having specialist or professional skills, and2.2 to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of samaritans. (a) to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in the london borough of brent and the surrounding area (but without specific limitations as to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction; and also where appropriate, in accordance with samaritan procedure, referral to persons having specialist or professional skills, and(b) to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of samaritans. 1. to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in oldham, rochdale and district and the surrounding area (but without specific limitations as to area} to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction; and also where appropriate, in accordance with samaritan procedure, referral to persons having specialist or professional skills, and2. to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of samaritans. 1) to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in swindon and district and the surrounding area (but without specific limitations as to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction; and also where appropriate, in accordance with samaritan procedure, referral to persons having specialist or professional skills, and 2) to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of samaritans to work for the assistance of persons in despair or distress and thus to reduce the incidence of suicide by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in leeds and the surrounding area. and to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of the probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of the samaritans (a) to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in aberystwyth and the surrounding area (but without specific limitations as to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction; and also where appropriate, in accordance with samaritan procedure, referral to person having specialist or professional skills, and to support the company and aid in the establishment and support of probationary branches and the support of recognised branches of samaritans 2.1 to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in bridlington and district and the surrounding area (butwithout specific limitations as to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction;
