provision of domiciliary care for disabled people. provision of domiciliary care for disabled people. provision of domiciliary care for disabled people. to relieve the consequences of physical and/or mental disability by the provision, in the united kingdom and overseas, of accommodation, services and support for the spiritual, social, physical and/or mental wellbeing of disabled people, by such means as are charitable, whatever their race, nationality, creed, sex or age. a residential home for the care, nursing, general well-being and where possible rehabilitation of men, women and children, regardless of creed, who are chronically ill, permanently disabled, or who are or have been mentally handicapped, especially in all cases those of limited means. the trustees may permit the chapel forming part of the said residential home to be used upon such terms and conditions as they think fit for religious worship by persons of all denominations with a preference for use for religious worship according to the rites and ordinances of the church of england. the trustees may arrange for divine service to be conducted regularly in the said chapel. the trustees shall pay out of the income of the charity the reasonable expenses attendant on the conduct of divine service in the chapel as aforesaid. the trustees shall apply the income of the charity in maintaining the home thereof and otherwise for the benefit of the men, women and children resident therein. (1) the object of the charity is to relieve the consequences of physical and/or mental disability by the provision, in the united kingdom and overseas, of accommodation, services and support for the spiritual, social, physical and/or mental wellbeing of disabled people, by such means as are charitable, whatever their race, nationality, creed, sex or age.(2) the trustee must give preference to the provision of accommodation, services and support at bradbury court, bradbury wing, the minories and through the our care at home services in newcastle-upon-tyne.(3) if and in so far as the property of the charity cannot be applied towards the object described in clause (2) above it may be applied for the provision of other accommodation, services and support as undertaken by the trustee in the area of benefit.
