see individual constituents the object of the charity is, for the public benefit, the relief of sickness of children up to the age of 18 who are receiving treatment at any hospital or other establishment or facility at or from which the services are provided by the barts and the london nhs trust. for providing research bursars and if the executive committee of the royal hospital of st. bartholomew think it desirable for providing by purchase hire or otherwise any research equipment or materials for the use of holders of such bursars five-sixths of the income of the fund is to be applied for the purpose of providing poor nurses and sick nurses at st bartholomew's with expenses for holidays or convalescence. the other one-sixth of the income is to be applied for the purpose of providing prizes or medals for nurses engaged at st bartholomew's hospital the objects of the charity are, for the public benefit: a) the relief of sickness by promoting the efficient and effective performance by the staff of barts and the london nhs trust of their duties;b) the relief in need of staff of barts and the london nhs trust who are in need of assistance by reason of sickness or financial hardship. to provide beds and similar equipment for patients who are being treated at st bartholomew's hospital for any charitable purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with st bartholomew's hospital, which will further the following aims:a) the investigation of the causes of cancer and the treatment, cure and defeat of cancer in all its forms;b) the advancement of scientific and medical education and research in topics related to cancer;c) the furtherance of any other charitable purposes for the relief of persons suffering from cancer to provide travelling scholarships and bursaries for nurses awarded in such terms and conditions as the school of nursing may decide common investment fund those charitable purposes for the public benefit stated in sections 220(3) and 220(5) of, and paragraph 10(1) of schedule 4 to, the national health service act 2006, namely for such purposes relating to:a) hospital services (including research);b) the health service including any part of the health service associated with any hospital;c) the barts and the london nhs trust (including the purposes of any specific hospital or other establishment or facility at or from which the services are provided by the barts and the london nhs trust). the object shall continue to be as stated in section 93(2) to 93(4) of the national health service act 1977 as amended or re-enacted from time to time for any charitable purpose or purposes, principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with the royal london hospital which will further the following purposes; (a) for investigation and research related to the gastro-intestinal tract, particularly the colon, rectum and pelvis (b) the advancement of scientific and medical education and research in topics related to this field (c) the furtherance of any other charitable purposes for the relief of persons suffering from diseases in this field for any charitable purpose, principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with the royal london hospital, which will further the following aims (a) the investigation of the causes of cancer and the prevention, treatment, cure and defeat of cancer in all it's forms (b) the advancement of scientific and medical education and research in topics related to cancer (c) the furtherance of any other charitable purposes for the relief of persons suffering from cancer for any charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with the royal london hospital, which will further the following aims; (a) investigation and treatment of heart diseases (b) the advancement of scientific and medical education and research in topics related to this field (c) the furtherance of any other charitable purposes for the relief of persons suffering from heart diseases for any charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with the royal london hospital which will further the following aims (a) investigation and research to renal diseases (b) the advancement of scientific and medical research in topics related to this field (c) the furtherance of any other charitable purpose for the relief of persons suffering from renal diseases the object of the charity is, for the public benefit, the relief of sickness by funding any project or projects of the department of radiotherapy and oncology of the london hospital, whitechapel which will promote the advancement of medical knowledge and medical practice, the findings of which project or projects shall be published. for the benefit of patients of the jewish faith and in relieving in cases of need persons of the jewish faith who are patients, or who are recovering from illness after having been patients, of any such hospital in one or more of the following ways:- (a) in providing for such persons special benefits and amenities in any such hospitals; (b) in making grants of money to or for the benefit of such persons either to assist their treatment and recuperation or to defray the cost of convalescence or recuperative holidays; (c) in providing or paying for comforts, necessities or articles of any kind calculated to assist the recovery of such persons such charitable purpose or purposes for the public benefit in connection with the royal london hospital as the trustee thinks fit. to combine the investments and money belonging to the charities into one pooled fund (for further details of charities involved see scheme) for any charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with paediatric services provided by the royal london hospital for any charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with paediatric services provided by newham primary care trust for any charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with paediatric services provided by east london and the city mental health nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with paediatric services provided by city and hackney primary care trust as stated in section 11(1) of the national health service and community care act 1990 the company’s objects are restricted specifically to those charitable purposes stated in sections 220(3) and 220(5) of, and paragraph 10(1) of schedule 4 to, the nhs act, namely for such purposes relating to 1. hospital services (including research),2. the health service including any part of the health service associated with any hospital,3. the nhs trust (including the purposes of any specific hospital or other establishment or facility at or from which the services are provided by the nhs trust)
