(there is no restriction on the use of the capital). pensions to medical men or their widows. the promotion for the public benefit of education by means of making grants to such student or students not exceeding the age of 35 years as it may in its absolute discretion think fit being the child or children of medical graduates for the purpose of assisting such student or students in their education having need of such grants by reason of their limited financial resources to assist with their education. to prevent or relieve poverty and to relieve need arising from youth, age, ill health, disability and bereavement among people who are doctors or who have worked as doctors, and medical students and the dependants of such individuals for the benefit of the children of doctors to receive such amount as the trustees think fit to assist them in preparing to get their own living or if broken down in health. grants to medical men who have practised in the county of devonshire or their widows and children grants to medical men who have practised in the counties of essex and hertfordshire, their widows or children. relief of financial hardship, sickness and disability of registered members of the medical profession born of english or scottish parents with a preference to those under 60; relief of financial hardship of widows and children upto 20 of those defined; to promote the education of daughters of deceased male members of medical profession as defined.
