for the public benefit, the prevention or relief of poverty, the advancement of education and the advancement of health by:(i) providing financial or other assistance (including help with re-training) to any individual in necessitous circumstances who is or has been an employee of any of the royal opera house companies or of any other charity or organisation which gives public performances of opera, ballet or music or who is the spouse, widow, widower, partner, child, parent or dependant of any such individual;(ii) making grants to any charity or organisation if, in the opinion of the trustees, such grant would promote the prevention or relief of poverty or advance the education or health of artists and/or other persons employed in whatever capacity in the performance of opera, ballet or music (or the spouse, widow, widower, partner, child, parent or dependant of any such artists or persons);(iii) making grants to any charity or organisation involved with education in the fields of opera, ballet or music; or(iv) doing all such other things to promote the objects as the trustees may in their absolute discretion decide
