to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with people in stoke on trent who are socially excluded on the grounds of their ethnic origin, religion, belief or creed (in particular, members of the polish community) to relieve the needs of such people and assist them to integrate into society, in particular by:· enabling polish people to meet, share skills and experience and learn together to overcome barriers to participation with the wider community (especially language barriers)· enabling polish people to mix with the wider community through social and educational activities, reducing fear and building trust and confidence· increasing, or coordinating opportunities for polish people to engage with service providers, to enable those providers to adapt services to better build on the assets of that community and better meet their needs.
