Objects:

(i) to maintain and promote the good order of the church for the realisation of which the church will have a constitution containing the foundation of the church government as well as regulations which shall be a detailed extension of the constitution.(ii) to prepare and receive people as members to lay down rules for them and to establish assemblies.(iii) to found or establish bible college training centres or any institution deemed as spiritually or temporally important for the church.(iv) to found various assembly boards, committees or associations which may be considered necessary.(v) to train, legitimate and ordain and where necessary to demote and dismiss pastors and workers.(vi) to employ and pay any person or persons to supervise organise and carry on the work authorised by the trustees and as employers of staff to make all reasonable and necessary provision for the payment of pensions and superannuation to or on behalf of employees and their widows, widowers and other dependants.(vii) to raise funds and invite and receive contributions from any person or persons whatsoever by way of loan subscription donation and otherwise.(viii) to establish and operate both current accounts and deposit accounts with bankers in the name of the trust provided that cheques drawn on such accounts shall not be signed by less than two authorised signatories.(ix) to purchase take on lease or in exchange hire or otherwise acquire any property and any rights and privileges necessary for the attainment of the said objects and to construct maintain alter any buildings or erections so necessary as aforesaid.(x) to make regulations for the management of any property which may be acquired.(xi) subject to such consents as may be required by law to sell lease or otherwise dispose of all or any of the property or assets of the trust.(xii) to deposit or invest funds in any lawful manner (but to invest only after obtaining advice from a financial expert where appropriate and having regard to the suitability of investment and the need for diversification).(xiii) to insure the trustees against the costs of a successful defence to a criminal prosecution brought against them as charity trustees or against personal liability incurred in respect of any act or omission which is or is alleged to be a breach of trust or breach of duty (unless the trustee concerned knew that or, was reckless whether, the act or omission was a breach of trust or duty).(xiv) to borrow or raise money (subject to such consents as may be required by law) for the said objects and accept gifts on such terms and on such security as shall be deemed to be necessary.(xv) to do all such other lawful things as are necessary for the attainment of the said objects.
