the trustees shall hold the trust fund and its income upon trust(1)to relieve poverty and distress amongst the inhabitants of the yemen, and yemenis and other arab peoples in britain and in particular those inhabitants who are in need through age, disability or unemployment or who have been the victims of war or of natural disasters or of political or religious persecution(2) to advance the education of the public in all aspects of literature, history, culture and arts of the yemen (3) to promote the enforcement of human rights legislation in individual cases especially amongst yemeni people (4) to relieve the poverty, sickness and distress of victims of human rights abuse especially within yemen and amongst yemeni people (5) to advance education about all aspects of human rights and human rights abuse and to publish the useful results of such research (6) to cultivate a public sentiment in favour of human rights and raising awareness of human rights issues within the yemen and amongst yemeni people
